What we collect
What you enter in the form: name, email, approximate size, message and, if you attach it, your design file. Also anything you send later by email or Instagram to arrange the order.
Why
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you order, make, ship and invoice your rug.
Legal basis
Your consent when sending the form and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). If you order, performance of the contract and legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request, and for the periods required by law (e.g. tax rules) if you place an order.
Who we share it with
We don’t share your data except where required by law. We use processors on our behalf: Google (Gmail) to receive form messages and Vercel to host the website. Some may process data outside the EEA with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
For shipping, we share the details needed for delivery with the courier.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to tuftopia24@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits anonymously without cookies. Fonts are served from this website, with no third-party connection.
