Order terms

Quote

Every order is quoted on its design, size and complexity. Website prices are a guide; the quote I send you is what counts.

Confirmation and payment

An order is confirmed with a 50% deposit. The rest is paid before shipping or delivery.

Payment method: bank transfer. Payment details are sent privately with the quote.

If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit, I’ll refund it in full. After that it isn’t refunded, as I’ll have already bought the materials for your rug.

Timing

The usual lead time is about 20 days from paying the deposit, plus shipping. It can vary with the design’s complexity and the waiting list; you get an estimated date with your quote.

Shipping

Shipping anywhere in Europe. The cost depends on the destination and is included in the quote.

Handmade products

Each rug is made by hand, so small differences in colour, shape or size from the original design are possible. Some designs need simplifying to work as a rug; I’ll tell you before starting.

Right of withdrawal

As products made to the customer’s specifications, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Guarantee

If your rug arrives with a manufacturing defect, the legal guarantee applies. Email tuftopia24@gmail.com with photos and we’ll sort it out.

Designs

By sending a design you confirm you’re entitled to use it or that the rug is for personal use. Tuftopia may decline orders whose content it doesn’t consider appropriate.

Gift cards

Gift cards don’t expire: they can be redeemed whenever you like. Once bought, they can’t be refunded.
