Send me your design
A photo, a logo, a drawing or just the idea, plus roughly the size you want.

Get a quote
With the price, final size and timing. If the design needs any tweaks, I’ll let you know.

Confirm with a deposit
A 50% deposit books your slot and I start tufting.

I ship it
Pay the rest and I send it anywhere in Europe.

Questions
Will it arrive in time for a specific date?
Each rug takes about 20 days from the deposit, plus shipping. Write to me with the date and I’ll tell you if we can make it. For Christmas, get in touch early.
How does the gift card work?
You choose the size, pay for it and I send you the card with a code. They write to me with their design whenever they like and I make it.
Can it come wrapped or with a note?
Tell me when you order and we’ll sort it out: if it goes straight to the other person, I can include a note from you.
